Return & Exchange Policy

  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
  • We accept returns and exchanges within 1 week of order delivery.
  • If you need a size exchange, we’d happily arrange for that depending on availability.
  • Please note that you can also exchange the product in against of store credit or another product if available. If you are opting for another product and the price of that product is higher than the one you have already ordered, then you must pay the difference amount. In case the price of the product you want to get in exchange is lower than the difference amount will be credited to your store account on our website which can be used for further purchases. Requests for refunds are not accepted.
  • The product should be returned in original packaging with all labels and tags properly intact.
  • Please not that we will not accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items bought on sale or discount or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher.
  • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days once we receive them.
  • For order returns, we’ll send you store credit within a week of receiving your product return.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for international orders at the moment. If you do have any issues with the products, get in touch with our team via email ( phutroman@gmail.com ) and we’ll do our best to work out a solution.

CANCELLATIONS

If you’d like to cancel your order, please send us an email at phutroman@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing an order.

 

MISSING PARCELS

  • Make sure you fill in your correct address when placing the order.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
  • Email us if your products do not arrive and we’ll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.
